This page lists the third-party providers ("subprocessors") that Worldhire Global Ltd uses to run the Korum early-access waitlist website, and where your information is processed. It covers the waitlist; as Korum opens, this list will grow to cover the product, with any new providers added here.

2. Data locations

Waitlist data is stored in the United Kingdom (database and hosting). Some processing happens elsewhere: confirmation emails via Resend (United States), the anti-bot sign-up challenge via Cloudflare (global edge network), and a transient IP-to-country lookup via ipwho.is at sign-up.

3. International transfers

Waitlist storage and hosting are in the United Kingdom, so no international transfer is involved for them. The transfers outside the UK are to our email provider (Resend, United States), our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare, global edge network), and the IP-geolocation lookup used to derive your country at sign-up (ipwho.is). Where data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards - Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement - together with data-processing agreements, access controls, and encryption.

4. Not used on the waitlist

For the waitlist we do not use payment processors, analytics or marketing providers, error-monitoring tools, support-chat or helpdesk tools, document or consent-workflow providers, or SMS/WhatsApp providers.

We may update this list as the providers we use change. The current version is shown by the date at the top of this page.
