At Korum, privacy is not a feature bolted on at the end - it is the foundation. We hold ourselves to that standard here on the waitlist: we collect as little as we can, we never track or profile you, and we run no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind.
This policy covers the Korum early-access waitlist. When Korum opens and you create an account, we'll provide an expanded privacy notice for the product itself - built on the same privacy-first principles set out here.
1. Who we are
Worldhire Global Ltd is the controller of the information you share here. Registered in England and Wales.
Company Number: 17306978
Registered Office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
For privacy matters, email . For general enquiries, .
2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect only what you enter into the form:
- whether you are a professional or a recruiter
- your full name
- your work email
- any suggestions you choose to add (optional)
From your sign-up we also store the approximate country and whether you have confirmed your email. We do not store your IP address against your waitlist entry.
That is everything. We do not build a profile of you, track your behaviour across the web, or run analytics.
3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use this information to run the waitlist: to confirm your place, to email you when early access opens, and to protect the sign-up from bots and abuse. Our legal bases are your consent (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) for joining and being contacted, and our legitimate interests in keeping the waitlist secure. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights") and we will delete your entry.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking, and loads no third-party scripts in your browser. A normal visit sets no cookies at all, and our fonts are self-hosted. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
To protect the sign-up from bots and abuse, our server briefly records the IP address of sign-up and admin-login requests to enforce rate limits; these records are short-lived (cleared within a day) and are never linked to your waitlist entry.
5. Who handles your data
To run the waitlist we rely on a small number of trusted providers, each bound by a data-processing agreement and never permitted to use your data for their own purposes:
- Storage - Supabase, on servers in London, United Kingdom.
- Email - Resend, which sends your confirmation and early-access messages.
- Hosting - Microsoft Azure (UK West region).
We never sell, rent, trade, or share your data beyond these providers, and never use it for advertising or profiling. The full list and locations are on our Subprocessors & Data Locations page.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and equivalent laws, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist entry until Korum opens and you act on your invitation, or until you ask us to delete it - whichever comes first. Short-lived security records, such as rate-limit counters, are cleared automatically within a day.
8. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, kept behind strict access controls, and reachable only through tightly locked-down interfaces. Access is limited to the few people who need it to run the waitlist. In the unlikely event of a security incident, we would act immediately to contain it and notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this policy and reflect them here, by the date shown at the top.
10. Contact
