These Terms of Use govern your use of the Korum early-access waitlist website, operated by Worldhire Global Ltd. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. They cover the waitlist; when Korum opens and you create an account, an expanded version of these terms will cover the product itself.
1. The waitlist
The waitlist lets you register interest in Korum, a confidential hiring service by Worldhire, before it opens. Joining registers your interest only - it does not create an account, guarantee you access, or form any contract to provide the Korum service. Access opens in phases, at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use your own genuine work email. Do not sign up on behalf of anyone else without their permission.
3. Acceptable use
When using this site you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's details;
- use bots, scripts, or other automated means to sign up or interact with the site;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- misuse the sign-up or contact channels, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
We use rate limiting and other automated abuse protections to keep the site secure.
4. Communications
By joining the waitlist you agree that we may email you to confirm your place and to tell you about early access and launch. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your entry at any time - see the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Korum and Worldhire names, logos, text, and design on this site are owned by Worldhire Global Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse them without our written permission.
6. Availability and no warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw the waitlist at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldhire Global Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the waitlist site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is shown by the date at the top of this page; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
