Your tasks

• You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of one or more Professional Services teams and develop them continuously.
• Together with your team, you manage resource planning, set clear priorities and ensure efficient use of the available capacities.
• With a focus on planning and staffing, you ensure that processes are applied consistently and skills are used optimally.
• You are responsible for the relevant KPIs, in particular Billable Utilisation, and actively manage their achievement.
• Through your close support, you ensure continuous quality assurance in ongoing projects.
• You proactively develop and implement new processes, tools and standards in order to sustainably increase efficiency and quality.
• Throughout the entire employee lifecycle, you take on all disciplinary duties - from recruitment to the development of your employees.

Your profile

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in leading employees and have successfully managed and developed teams.
• In addition, you have at least 10 years of practical experience in carrying out and leading comprehensive ERP projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Abas ERP and a thorough understanding of ERP processes are a given for you.
• A completed degree or vocational training with a business or IT focus, or a comparable qualification, forms your foundation.
• Communication skills, the ability to motivate others and a strong sense of responsibility and quality are among your strengths.
• You approach topics analytically and in a structured way, and work confidently across different departments.
• Very good German and English skills enable you to collaborate in international teams.
