#What is Rocket Delivery?

Rocket Delivery is Coupang's core service, built on world-class technology and logistics infrastructure, delivering orders placed today by tomorrow. 
It is an End to End service in which Coupang takes responsibility for the entire process, from product purchasing through storage, delivery and returns.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the kitchen (kitchenware) category, managing the full virtuous cycle of revenue, profit and inventory, A to Z
• Category strategy development, brand sourcing and growth management
  : Use market and customer data to develop the category's medium- to long-term strategy, and on that basis discover and onboard promising brands. Grow alongside brands to secure the growth foundation of Rocket Delivery.
• Building brand partnerships and designing business structures
  : Collaborate with brand companies to directly purchase products for Rocket Delivery. Design marketing terms together with brand companies and manage the partnership so that both can grow together. 
•  Category performance (P&L) management and product and promotion strategy development 
  : Manage key indicators such as revenue and profit, and develop product and promotion strategies based on them. Track competitive prices in the market and lead mutual growth through supply price negotiations. 
• Overall management of operating processes
  : Balance suppliers' needs with operating standards, and systematically manage all aspects of operations, including product registration, inventory operations, pricing policy and promotion execution. 
• Improving operating processes and collaborating with related departments
  : Analyse root causes and implement improvements through collaboration with related departments such as marketing, logistics and catalogue operations.

Qualifications requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 7+ years of relevant experience, with an interest in online retail business
• Practical experience in e-commerce platforms or direct-purchase business
• Flexible thinking to embrace change and positive energy that leads the team's commitment
• Experience improving actual service and revenue metrics through analysis and insight 

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the kitchen (kitchenware) industry and understanding of customer needs
• Delivered visible results through fast decision-making and execution
• Experience defining results as KPIs and proving them with numbers
• Able to find solutions to unexpected problems and see them through to the end
• Proactive in finding and expanding work to drive business growth

Document return policy 

1. This notice is given pursuant to Article 11(6) of the Act on Fair Hiring Procedures.
2. Applicants who were not finally selected are informed that, under the Act on Fair Hiring Procedures, they may request the return of the hiring documents they submitted. However, this does not apply to documents submitted via the website or by email, or documents voluntarily submitted without the company's request. If hiring documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons not attributable to the company, they are deemed to have been returned.
3. Once submission is confirmed, the documents will be sent by registered mail to the designated address within 14 days. 4. To prepare for return requests under paragraph 2 above, the company will keep the original hiring documents submitted by applicants for 180 days from the date hiring is confirmed. If return is not requested within that period, all hiring documents will be destroyed without delay in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. However, paragraphs 1 to 4 above apply only where the labour laws of the Republic of Korea apply. They do not apply in other cases.
