Job Introduction

The Coupang Development & Investment team is the core organisation that directly acquires and develops physical real estate assets to secure company-wide infrastructure capacity. Based on a strategy of directly owning assets rather than simply leasing, we are looking for a manager to lead the entire investment process, from deal sourcing through financial structuring to post-acquisition management.

Responsibilities

• Deal sourcing and initial review of logistics real estate development projects
• Financial structuring and financial modelling of logistics real estate development
• Feasibility analysis and preparation of IM and investment committee materials
• Support for term sheet negotiations and review of key contracts
• Project management and investment exit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 8 years of practical experience in real estate development and finance
• Experience in real estate investment feasibility analysis and deal sourcing and closing

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-cycle operating experience in REF, PFV, REITs, etc.
• Experience managing external partner networks such as developers, securities firms, IB, and construction companies
• CPA, CFA, or certified appraiser preferred
• Fluent business English preferred

1. This notice is provided pursuant to Article 11(6) of the Act on Fairness in Hiring Procedures.
2. Job applicants who were not finally selected may request the return of the hiring documents they submitted, in accordance with the Act on Fairness in Hiring Procedures. However, this does not apply to documents submitted via our website or by email, or documents voluntarily submitted without our request, and where hiring documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons not attributable to us, they are deemed returned.
3. Applicants requesting return under paragraph 2 above shall complete a hiring document return request form [Form No. 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act on Fairness in Hiring Procedures] and submit it by email ([contact details removed]). We will send the documents by registered mail to the designated address within 14 days from the date submission is confirmed.
