Project Manager

We are Balder.
Have you heard of Bohusgatan? Or Västra Eklanda and the area's most iconic building, Europahuset? These are just a few of the interesting projects we have under way here at Balder, and more are on their way. That is why we are looking for a senior project manager for our new-build group.

Over many years we have gradually built up our project organisation and our portfolio of ongoing and upcoming projects. As a result, we now have a diversified portfolio of development rights relating to exploitation and project properties, with the aim of producing rental apartments, owner-occupied apartments, premises and hotels for modern living in-house.

About you.
Since most of the projects are worth between SEK 100 million and SEK 1 billion, you need to have managed larger projects previously in order to see them through. We see that you have 15+ years of project management experience within the construction and/or property sector, including at least some years of new-build experience on the property owner side.

Together with the project group, you will lead construction projects from design to handover in line with agreed quality, economy and time. This includes:

• Design & preparation of documentation

• Building permit processes

• Procurement

• Execution

• Aftermarket & warranty

This requires a good understanding of the construction process and high competence in project management, in terms of steering scope, time, costs, risk and procurement. You have good knowledge of contract law, KA, BAS P/U and general construction technology. Knowledge of ventilation and piping is considered a merit.
