CAMUNDA ARCHITECT/CAMUNDA DEVELOPER

Position overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Camunda Architect with extensive experience in designing and managing secure, scalable, and high-performance process automation solutions using Camunda BPM platform.
- This role requires deep technical expertise, leading the architecture and design of Camunda-based applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements, the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, best practices, and quality standards.
- This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows and propose automation solutions using Camunda 8 BPM platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, provide technical guidance, ensure timely delivery and quality of Camunda projects.
- Define, estimate, and implement the technical architecture and design of Camunda- based applications, including integration with other systems and technologies.
- Develop, test, deploy, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot the performance and availability of Camunda applications and environments.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers and engineers on Camunda development and best practices.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including RFPs solutioning and estimates, RFI, fast paced PoC development/ demonstration, technical point of views - showcase thought leadership by contributing to white papers, webinars, blogs, etc.
- Create proprietary accelerators, utilities, reusable components to aid Camunda project delivery. Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Camunda and related technologies as well as drive awareness in technical community.
Requirements
Must have:
- At least 10+ years of experience in developing and deploying business process
- automation solutions using Camunda BPM platform or similar tools.
- 4+ yrs of experience in architecting solutions using Camunda BPM platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Camunda processes, services,
- forms, and decision tables, using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards. Certification
- in Camunda BPM platform is a must (e.g., Camunda Certified Professional-
- Developer).
- Experience in applying DevOps principles and practices, such as CI/CD, testing,
- monitoring, logging, etc., for Camunda applications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for short-duration assignments including client meeting,
- consulting workshops, architecture discussion, PoC demonstration, etc.
Good to have: - Know how of other BPM solutions like Pega, Appian or RPA solutions such as UiPath, AA will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
