Salary 52,000 to 65,000 € gross per year, depending on your experience and expertise.

Smart IT Conseil is recruiting a support engineer to assist users of a banking trading room. You will provide on-site support in an environment where the availability of tools and the quality of service are essential.

Your responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents on workstations.

• Install, configure and maintain the equipment and business applications used in the trading room.

• Deploy applications and support users in getting to grips with them.

• Handle requests relating to mobile telephony and trading telephony.

• Follow requests through to resolution, document interventions and coordinate technical escalations.

Your profile

You have at least 9 years of professional experience after graduation in IT support and workstation administration, with experience in a trading room.

Internships and work-study placements are not counted in this duration.

• Expertise in diagnosing, maintaining and configuring workstations, hardware and software.

• Skills in system administration, application deployment and telephony.

• Ability to assist users of all levels and explain solutions clearly.

• Autonomy, a service-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritise incidents in a demanding environment.
