Site Manager

As Site Manager, you report to the GA Construction or Renovation department and work on sites located across the whole country.

• You organise the work of internal teams and subcontractors in advance and on a day-to-day basis.

• You carry out the works following the plans, procedures and schedule while complying with safety rules.

• You are able to supervise one or more cranes and manage the site with full autonomy.

• You define the delivery schedule for prefabricated elements.

• Do you hold a Bac +2/+3 qualification in building/civil engineering or an equivalent diploma?

• Can you demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in a similar role in industrial, commercial or residential construction, in new build or renovation?

• Are you comfortable with various IT tools and do you have surveying knowledge using a theodolite?

• Do you have good knowledge of structural work and TCE (general trades)?

• Does responsibility not scare you, and is mobility not an obstacle for you ?

• Are you described as a listening manager? A team builder? A manager with natural authority?
