About the role
Position: Global Program Manager & Strategy Consultant (Data & AI)
Location: Abu Dhabi- UAE
Role Overview: The Global Program Manager, Data & AI will lead, orchestrate, and drive the execution of high-impact data, analytics, and artificial intelligence programs across the organization.
Reporting to the leadership of the Data & AI Department, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical data engineering teams and strategic business stakeholders. The candidate will oversee a portfolio of transformative data initiatives, advanced analytics deployments, and AI- driven solutions (including generative AI, predictive modeling, and data governance frameworks),
Drive large-scale, multi-vendor programs from strategy through execution, monitor business outcomes, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Lifecycle Management - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Data & AI program portfolio, Define program roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation strategies, and deliverables for data platforms, data lakes, business intelligence, and AI use cases, Monitor program health, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and return on investment (ROI) across all active projects.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination - Manage expectations and secure buy-in from executive leadership, translating complex technical architectures and AI concepts into clear business value narratives.
Governance, Quality & Compliance - Establish robust project governance structures, risk management matrices, and issue resolution pathways.
Certifications: Recognized project management credentials such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are required. Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are a strong asset.
Prior experience working within government entities, public sector bodies, or large-scale consulting ecosystems in the UAE/GCC region is strongly preferred.
