Your tasks
As Site Manager, you take on medical and organisational responsibility for KTO Wiesbaden and develop the site strategically together with AniCura.
You independently look after orthopaedic and surgical cases - from diagnostics through surgical planning to performance and aftercare.
You professionally support the veterinary team and the vet nurses, provide guidance in day-to-day work and foster clear, collegial collaboration.
You continuously develop medical standards, surgical workflows, case discussions and quality processes together with the team.
You maintain reliable, professional relationships with referring practices, animal owners and internal interfaces, with a view to long-term collaboration.
You keep economic key figures, staff planning and site development in view together with AniCura and derive sensible measures from them.
Your profile
You hold a completed degree in veterinary medicine and a German veterinary licence (Approbation).
You have well-founded experience in small animal orthopaedics and/or small animal surgery and work safely in surgery.
A specialist veterinary qualification, additional designation, diplomate status or comparable specialisation is desirable.
Leadership appeals to you because you want to actively shape medical quality, team culture and site development.
In dealings with team members, referring practices and animal owners, you communicate clearly, reliably and on an equal footing.
