About the role

Translated into English from French by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.

Our Order and Stock Management team is looking for a Support Engineer (f/m/d) - Domain Lead on a permanent contract, based in Lille.

Passionate about logistics innovation, our team of 10 people designs and operates the global digital solutions that orchestrate Decathlon's order and stock flows. Our impact: ensuring the right product is available at the right time for our stores, warehouses and marketplaces around the world. Our challenges: supporting the group's digital transformation, integrating new business models (circularity, wholesale) and preparing the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As a Support Engineer (f/m/d), you will ensure the stability, efficiency and evolution of the tools that orchestrate our orders and stock. Your main responsibilities:

  • Run management and user commitments: Organise the daily handling of tickets, guarantee service levels (stock accuracy and shipping time KPIs) and provide enhanced support during commercial peaks.

  • Incident resolution and continuous improvement: Analyse the root causes of bugs, optimise monitoring (dashboards, control towers) and automate recurring processes using tech tools and AI.

  • Transformation projects & SAP: Challenge future features with the product team, support developments of the SAP ECC module (SD/MM) and anticipate the migration path to S/4HANA by 2028.

  • Communication & On-call duty: Ensure clear communication with stakeholders during maintenance work and take part in on-call rotations for critical functions.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Education & Experience: Engineering degree (ideally in computer science) or equivalent experience.

  • Business & Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, along with a first successful experience on SAP modules (SD and MM).

  • Culture of automation: A appetite for eliminating repetitive tasks, data monitoring and integrating AI into operational optimisation.

  • Soft Skills: Team spirit (“Playing as a team”), excellent communication, rigour, priority management and participative leadership.

  • Languages: Fluent English essential (daily international context).

TECHNICAL STACK

  • ERP / Models: SAP ECC (SD & MM modules), SAP S/4HANA roadmap.

  • Monitoring & Data: Flow monitoring dashboards, ticketing tools and logistics control towers.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Hybrid working arrangements (up to 2 days of remote working per week);

  • Equipment provided in line with your duties and our social commitments (Mac, Windows or Chromebook);

  • A local project team within a global network (international career opportunities);

  • Skills development and support (technical certifications from year 1, internal/external training, tailored career paths);

  • Attractive remuneration package (employee shareholding, monthly/quarterly bonuses, group benefits).
