What you'll be doing:

• Leading a small Commercial team alongside another Commercial Director
• Servicing clients and providing advice on a range of commercial matters
• Ensuring high quality of work is delivered across the Commercial team
• Mentoring and developing lawyers to grow and be their best
• Working with the other six Directors and Managing Director to grow and lead the Law Firm

• All-rounder experienced commercial lawyer 10+ years PQE.
• Solid commercial technical skills, you may also have a specialist within a commercial area
• Excellent leader and mentor of staff
• Service orientated with a sense of urgency, setting the standard for others to follow
• Passion for helping clients big and small
• Proven success in business development
• Strong practice management skills
