EPM Senior Consultant / EPM Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced EPM consultant for our growing Planning team, who wants to combine subject-matter expertise with project management. You will work with market-leading business planning technologies such as Anaplan and Pigment and take our customers' implementation and development projects through from start to finish.
Responsibilities
The role focuses on leading projects: you are responsible for the progress, schedule and customer communication of projects, and you coordinate the team's work in the different phases of implementation. In addition, you also take part in subject-matter work according to your own expertise.
Our projects typically relate to planning challenges in finance, supply chain and sales. Depending on the project and your experience, your tasks may include:
Project management: schedule, budget, risks and customer collaboration across the different phases of the project
Preliminary specifications and requirements specifications
Architecture design
Building planning models / supporting the building of planning models
Minor development tasks for existing solutions
Opportunity to build expertise in sales, analytics, EPM technologies and the use of AI according to your interests
Who you will work with
You will work in the innovative Planning team of Twoday Finland's Data & AI unit. The team is Finland's leading provider of Anaplan and Pigment services, and all our consultants are experienced finance and business professionals. Our EPM customers include, among others, Helen, Mehiläinen, Olvi, Ponsse, Relex, Renta, Sanoma, Stockmann, Supercell, Valmet and YIT.
Skills
The following support success in the role:
Project management experience, for example from IT or consulting projects
Experience in finance or supply chain development and/or consulting
Ability to analyse information, see the bigger picture and solve problems
Customer-focused approach and good communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn new things and develop as an EPM expert
Technology skills:
Business planning solutions, e.g. Anaplan, Jedox, Oracle EPM, IBM Planning Analytics, Pigment, Tagetik, Workday Adaptive Planning
Reporting tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau
Enthusiasm for using AI both in your own work and in customer solutions
Good Excel skills
Business understanding:
Basic understanding of how finance and supply chains work and how they connect
Relevant university degree (e.g. accounting, finance, industrial economics)
Other useful skills:
Experience of integrations, databases or group consolidation
Willingness to travel when needed
