Senior Group Accountant & Consolidation Specialist

For our group we are looking for a Senior Group Accountant & Consolidation Specialist (m/f/d) at one of our locations with the option of mobile working, who takes responsibility and actively shapes further development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Independent execution of the monthly and annual group consolidation
• Support with Purchase Price Allocations, changes to the scope of consolidation and other more complex consolidation matters
• Ensuring uniform accounting principles within the group
• Analysis and clarification of accounting questions
• Management of treasury, liquidity and cash flow planning
• Point of contact for auditors, banks and tax advisers
• Involvement in finance transformation and integration projects, further development of the use of LucaNet and the ERP systems

HOW YOU WILL IMPRESS US

• Completed degree in business administration, ideally complemented by experience in audit
• Several years of solid experience in accounting, consolidation and group financial statements under IFRS
• Experience with different legal entities and international finance organisations
• Confident use of consolidation software, ideally LucaNet
• Confident negotiating skills in German and English
• Ideally private equity experience
