Consultant Senior - Payments Deployment Project Manager

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant within our Strategy & Business Consulting business, you will support major players in banking and insurance in successfully carrying out their strategic, organisational, operational and digital transformations.

You will work on large-scale projects and programmes, sometimes international, from defining the deployment strategy through to its operational rollout. You will work closely with business divisions, transformation departments and IT functions to mobilise stakeholders & ensure the deployment strategy is implemented, while anticipating and coordinating potential issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Steer the deployment strategy
• Ensure the application of the client's deployment methodology and the formalisation of Go/No Go decisions
• Coordinate stakeholders
• Define and deliver change management strategies suited to our clients' challenges, culture and organisation
• Design and implement communication, training, engagement and managerial support arrangements
• Support the deployment of new operating models, processes, digital tools and ways of working
• Define and monitor adoption indicators, identify resistance and put in place the necessary corrective actions
• Contribute to the steering and governance of complex transformation projects or programmes, particularly in international environments
• For senior profiles, coordinate the work of consultant teams, secure the quality of deliverables and support more junior profiles
• Contribute to the development of our Change Management expertise through business proposals, publications, training and internal initiatives

Your Profile

• Significant experience in project management & change management, gained in a consulting firm and/or within a transformation department
• Mastery of the main levers of Change Management: diagnosis, impact analysis, stakeholder mobilisation, communication, training and adoption measurement
• Experience of large-scale transformation projects or programmes, in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders
• Good knowledge of banking businesses, organisations and transformation challenges
• Ability to structure an approach, produce high-quality deliverables and turn complex issues into concrete recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both operational teams and senior executives
• Autonomy, rigour, team spirit and a strong client focus
• Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, and comfort in multicultural and international contexts

Additional Assets

• Certification in change management such as Prosci, appreciated but not essential
• Knowledge of the payments sector is a plus
• Experience of digital transformations, large-scale technology deployments or operating model changes
• Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean approaches or tools for measuring engagement and adoption
