Role Overview
We are looking for a native Japanese professional to serve as a strategic bridge between Japanese clients and offshore delivery teams in India. This client-facing role combines business analysis, program management, and business development responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business
requirements, manage project execution, identify growth opportunities, and ensure
seamless communication between Japan and India.
The candidate should possess strong consultative skills, excellent stakeholder management
capabilities, and the ability to drive both delivery success and account growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, account expansion initiatives, and potential
engagements.
- Support proposals, solution discussions, contract negotiations, and client
presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to revenue growth.
2. Business Analysis
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional
specifications.
- Work closely with offshore teams to ensure accurate understanding and
implementation of requirements.
- Recommend process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
3. Program Management
- Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder
expectations.
- Coordinate activities between client teams in Japan and delivery teams in India.
- Lead status reviews, governance meetings, and executive reporting.
- Ensure successful delivery aligned with quality, schedule, and business objectives.
4. Japan-India Bridge Management
- Serve as the primary communication channel between Japanese clients and Indian
teams.
- Facilitate bilingual communication and manage cultural and business alignment.
- Support issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder coordination
