Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Engineer

LR Technologies is recruiting on a permanent contract (CDI) a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Engineer, based in Paris, to work at one of our clients, a major player in the rail sector. You will join an Agile team in charge of developing interoperable API connectors, serving unified interaction between mobility systems (train, bus, insurance...).

● Take part in validating User Stories and defining acceptance scenarios with the Product Owner and the delivery team

● Define, implement and execute functional and technical test strategies, relying on automated tests

● Ensure test coverage suited to product challenges: contract tests, component tests, end-to-end tests, regression testing

● Develop and maintain API tests in Bruno, contribute to automated tests in Kotlin

● Identify, qualify and track defects through to resolution

● Make quality risks visible through dashboards (test coverage, defects, success rate)

● Secure production releases and contribute to quality monitoring of releases

● Support teams in adopting QA best practices and in the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies

● Take part in Continuous Delivery initiatives (GitOps, ArgoCD) and experiments around AI (generation of specifications, code, tests, documentation)

● Qualification: Bac+5, engineering school or master's degree in computer science, or equivalent through experience

● Experience: senior profile, proven experience in Quality Assurance / software testing on backend and API environments

● Technical skills: automated API testing (Bruno or equivalent such as Postman), knowledge of Kotlin or Java, JSON, understanding of the different test levels (unit, component, contract, end-to-end)

● Methods & tools: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), DevOps awareness; Gherkin appreciated

● Soft skills: rigour and attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, curiosity and willingness to keep learning, strong interpersonal skills, enjoys collaborative work in a multidisciplinary team
