Team introduction

The Creative Studio produces content in any form, whether video, images or text, that conveys the information customers need in an intuitive way.
We discover and try new approaches together, including advertising videos, promotional videos, product photography, selling points and other effective outputs, and apply our creativity and capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Planning and producing key designs for promotions and campaign pages within Coupang
2. Designing product detail pages for Rocket Fresh and Rocket Delivery products
3. Producing advertising and marketing banner assets
4. Producing customer information content
5. Leading the entire process of design projects and improving creative quality within the team

Requirements

- Candidates with 7 to 10 years of relevant design experience
- Candidates with expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Figma
- Candidates with highly polished graphic design skills who can produce creative designs quickly
- Candidates who value teamwork, with smooth communication skills and the ability to accept feedback
- Candidates with a serious attitude towards work and leadership

Preferred qualifications

- Candidates with a design-related major
- Candidates with experience in the same industry

Document return policy   

1. This notice is made pursuant to Article 11(6) of the Act on the Fair Recruitment Procedure. 
2. Applicants who have not been finally accepted are informed that they may request the return of the recruitment documents they submitted in accordance with the Act on the Fair Recruitment Procedure. However, this does not apply to documents submitted via the website or email, or documents voluntarily submitted by the applicant without the company's request. If recruitment documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons not attributable to the company, they are deemed to have been returned.
3.
