Job introduction

Coupang Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on financial products that help Coupang sellers improve their cash flow and grow their businesses.

In this role, you will:

• Deeply understand how Coupang sellers manage their finances, including the cash-flow challenges and operational constraints they face.
• Own specific product initiatives end to end, from concept and problem definition through development and launch, and own the results after launch.
• Work closely with engineering, product design, data science, and operations teams to ship and iterate viable solutions that delight sellers.
• Partner with finance, accounting, risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure solutions are scalable, operationally viable, and compliant.
• Use seller feedback, product data, and experimentation to identify opportunities, make product decisions, and improve results.
• Clearly communicate product requirements, trade-offs, progress, and results to stakeholders.

Required qualifications

• A track record of owning and delivering impactful products or features, from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to identify underlying customer problems through research, data, and direct engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in both Korean and English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, lending, financial services, or marketplace products.
• Familiarity with settlement, working capital, credit, risk, or financial account products. 
• Experience working with legal, compliance, finance, accounting, or risk teams.
