About the role
Tabby creates financial freedom in the way people shop, earn and save by reshaping their relationship with money. Over 25 million users choose Tabby to stay in control of their spending and make the most out of their money.
The company’s flagship offering allows shoppers to split their payments online and in-store with no interest or fees. Over 70,000 global brands and small businesses, including Amazon, Noon, IKEA, and SHEIN use Tabby to accelerate growth and gain loyal customers by offering easy and flexible payments online and in stores.
Tabby generates over $18 billion in annual transaction volume for its partner brands and is the highest-rated, most-reviewed, largest, and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC region.
Tabby launched in 2019 and has since raised +$1 billion in equity and debt funding from global and regional investors, and is now valued at $6,5 billion.
About the role
Tabby is known for BNPL, but credit is our fastest-growing business. Saudi Arabia is our biggest market, and we want to build a full consumer lending line there.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Saudi Arabia to build that business from the ground up and own its P&L.
This is not a feature role. You will define what the product is, how it is priced, who qualifies, how it stays compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a brand-new lending/financial product built entirely from scratch for the KSA and UAE markets
- Navigate Compliance & Legal Complexity: Critically evaluate regional compliance restrictions-such as pre-application data exposure rules, mandatory 24-hour cooldown periods, and strict contract signing protocols. Transform these regulatory requirements into seamless, product-enhancing user journeys rather than operational blockers
- Optimize Limits & Approvals: Partner closely with the Risk department to streamline the limit calculation process. Design flows that provide customers with better limits and higher approval rates, driving the journey through bank account linking and automated fund disbursements
- Drive UI & Conversion: Collaborate with Design and Analytics to build an intuitive, high-converting user interface. Balance a frictionless customer experience with strict legal requirements regarding data privacy and consent
- Market & Competitor Research: Continuously analyze what other regional banks and fintechs are doing. Make informed, strategic decisions to solve complex problems by balancing market trends, technical restrictions, and legal boundaries
- Manage the Full Lifecycle: Build and own every stage of the product lifecycle, from the initial application and credit decisioning to the 24-hour cooldown, fund transfer, and final repayment flows
What you’ll bring:
- Exceptional Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: The ability to untangle complex technical and regulatory restrictions, weigh all variables, and formulate the best possible solutions to move the product forward
- High Drive & Motivation: You are a self-starter who thrives in a "build-from-scratch" environment. You have the momentum to push through roadblocks and deliver a market-leading product
- Business Orientation & Mindset: A deep understanding of product viability, conversion funnels, and unit economics. You know how to balance user needs with the business's bottom line and risk appetite
- Relentless Attention to Detail & Quality: A commitment to excellence in both the user interface and the underlying logic. You ensure that every edge case in the application, compliance, and repayment flow is accounted for and polished
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering, design, analytics, legal, and risk. You know how to lead a specialized squad and foster a culture of quality and ownership
Bonus points:
- Business credit card or revolving credit knowledge (statements, grace periods, minimum payments, interchange)
- B2C payments experience
- 0→1 launches on new financial infrastructure
What we offer:
- Ownership & Impact: A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one
- Culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and driven environment where your voice matters
- Growth: Participate in the company’s employee stock options program and shape your career trajectory
- Support: Comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO, and a Flexible Benefits budget to meet your personal needs
We are passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace that gives people from all backgrounds the support they need to thrive, grow, and meet their goals (whatever they may be).
If this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you!
