About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Oracle FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) professional with proven experience supporting Oracle on the cloud implementation of FCCM from scratch. The candidate should bring SME-level expertise in banking processes across KYC, Compliance and Transaction Monitoring, and be capable of engaging confidently with vendors and senior management.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of overall experience, with deep exposure to banking and financial crime compliance.
- Oracle FCCM: Has supported Oracle on cloud FCCM product implementation end-to-end (greenfield / from scratch).
- Functional Areas: Hands-on expertise in KYC, Compliance and Transaction Monitoring (and related modules such as AML).
- Banking Domain: SME-level understanding of banking processes and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Product Expertise: Product-focused professional able to articulate product capabilities, solution fit and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle in the cloud implementation of FCCM from scratch, from requirements through go-live.
- Act as the product and domain SME for KYC, Compliance and Transaction Monitoring workstreams.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with vendors and coordinate delivery.
- Engage, present to and influence senior management and key business stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on banking processes, solution design and best practices.
