Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of
banking and technology projects within a GCC banking environment. The role requires
strong project governance, stakeholder management, financial oversight, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance, audit, and documentation standards.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Drive stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and change management.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience within GCC Banking.
- Proven experience delivering Banking & Technology projects, including IFRS, Basel, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Systems, General Ledger (GL), and Data Warehouse initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and project governance skills.
