Your tasks

• High-impact role with high visibility up to C-level and immediate effect on the core business

• Leadership and development of a team of several FTEs in Venture Development, including a personnel and training concept

• Building structures, systems and tools that help Enpal's operations scale, become more efficient and improve in quality

• End-to-end responsibility for optimising and redesigning physical processes in the field, including on-site appointments, capacity and route planning

• Building and managing the KPI system, including regular performance reviews with the heads of the operational areas

• Identifying bottlenecks and improvement potential through process and data analysis

• Prioritising and implementing automation and AI projects together with the Tech team

• Developing and piloting new solutions and venture ideas with the aim of integrating them into the core business

• Evaluating all initiatives through business cases, with responsibility for savings and the impact of the portfolio

• Very close collaboration with Sales and Fulfillment, jointly managing interfaces through fixed formats and shared KPIs

• Active stakeholder management with other cross-functional teams such as Product, Tech and Logistics, as well as the operational teams in Germany and internationally

• Decision papers and reporting on status, timing and savings for the C-level

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in optimising physical operations, e.g. field service, logistics, installation or network operations

• Proven experience in building KPI systems and performance management

• Successful implementation of automation, digitalisation or venture projects with measurable cost or quality effects

• Strong stakeholder management at interfaces, ideally with experience working with Sales and Fulfillment

• Experience working with intercultural, distributed teams

• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of business cases

• High capacity for implementation, rapid impact in day-to-day operations and enjoyment of being on site

• Confident presence towards C-level and stakeholders at all levels, and enjoyment of a highly visible role with responsibility for results

• Negotiation-level German and English
