Permanent Senior Sales Assistant, 35 hours (Paris)

Job description:

As an ambassador of our brand, you will work in direct collaboration with the Store Manager and have the following main responsibilities:

Sales and customer relations

• Welcome customers and be available to them

• Answer telephone calls

• Make sales in line with the sales protocols in force within the company

• Build a relationship in order to understand the customer's needs and be a source of proposals in the choice of products (silhouette suggestions…)

• Advise on products, outfits and looks

• Share with each customer the product knowledge specific to our products (shapes, materials, colours, finishes,…) and the "customer benefits"

• Build customer loyalty through the quality of the support provided and the offer of all services

• Optimise your own sales indicators (KPIs) and actively contribute to the results of the store

• Manage customer exchanges/returns and ensure customer satisfaction

Visual identity

• Adapt and implement the merchandising visuals in your store following the company's guidelines and deadlines, as well as the directions of your manager

• Under the same conditions, create the window displays

• Maintain the current merchandising visuals on a daily basis

• Constantly ensure the quality of the sales space: cleanliness, labelling, organisation of fitting rooms, signage, store surroundings…

• Ensure at all times that products are properly displayed: hanger space, draping, folding, label position, proper styling of the interior silhouettes…

Merchandise/product management

• Check all deliveries and the conformity of delivery notes

• Process deliveries (checking, unpacking, scanning, hanging if necessary, steaming, storage (stock or sales floor))

• Prepare and process warehouse and collection returns (in accordance with processes)

Store management and commercial activities

• Keep informed of, reach and exceed your sales targets

• Respect and apply internal procedures

• Implement commercial operations

• Keep the stockroom clean and tidy to protect products and carry out efficient restocking

• Help combat unknown shrinkage through the proper application of action plans

• Handle cash transactions (depending on the store)

• Open and close the store according to the set schedules (depending on the store)

• Carry out bank deposits according to the schedules

• Take part in store events (meetings, training…)

• Take part in preparing and carrying out stocktakes

• Keep informed using all communication tools available in store

• Inform and exchange with colleagues on all matters relating to the store
