About the role

Translated into English from French by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.

Founded in 2021, asap.work is a French company with a national presence, specialised in the recruitment (temporary, freelance, permanent) of experts in construction trades.

We are nearly 180 employees reinventing the candidate experience in the construction sector by combining a human approach, trade expertise and technological innovation. Our hallmark:

  • Offering our temporary workers exclusive benefits and personalised follow-up to support them locally and improve their living conditions.

  • Enabling our consultants, thanks to the automation of many administrative and repetitive tasks (of low added value), to gain efficiency and stay focused on their core business: the human relationship with our candidates.

Our ambitions for 2026 are to become the leading reference across France in recruiting experts for construction companies, and to occupy a prominent place internationally.

In parallel, we have launched Asap.academy, our own training and certification centre for our clients and temporary workers.

If you want to join an ambitious adventure in full growth, and have a very strong human impact on the lives of our candidates, you have come to the right place!

The role:

Attached to our training organisation, you will be in charge of running introductory and refresher sessions on lead risk for site operatives and site supervisors. You will apply the regulatory requirements of the Labour Code and the recommendations of prevention bodies (INRS, CRAMIF, OPPBTP).

✨ Your missions:

Teaching: Deliver the theoretical and practical training of operatives (effects of lead on health, regulatory thresholds, VLEP).

  • Practical workshops: Supervise exercises on the technical platform (choice and wearing of PPE, dust extraction techniques at source, decontamination procedures and waste management).

  • Assessment: Validate trainees' theoretical and practical knowledge at the end of the course.

  • Teaching development: Take part in updating course materials in line with regulatory changes.

👉 Profile sought:

  • Technical expertise: You have proven hands-on experience supervising or carrying out sites with strong environmental constraints (lead, asbestos, or chemical risks).

  • Teaching skills: Ideally, you hold an "Adult Trainer" qualification plus an up-to-date NDA, or you have a first successful experience running workplace safety sessions.

  • Required qualities: Regulatory rigour, good listening skills, active teaching style and excellent interpersonal ease when facing an audience of construction operatives.

💰 What we offer:

  • Remuneration: from 400 euros per day Average Daily Rate (TJM) if self-employed.
