What will your mission on the project be?

Leading the technical evolution of backend solutions in Java, defining architecture, driving good practices and ensuring scalable, high-quality developments.

You will be key in guiding the team and actively taking part in development, combining technical leadership with a hands-on approach.

Minimum requirements

• Solid experience in backend development with Java (17+)

• Mastery of the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data…)

• Experience in microservices and hexagonal architectures

• Knowledge of API design (API First, OpenAPI/Swagger)

• Good grounding in SOLID, Clean Code, DDD and testing (TDD)

• Experience with messaging (Kafka or other event-driven systems)

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases

• Experience in cloud/container environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD)

• Ability to lead technically and mentor teams.

• Focus on quality, good practices and continuous improvement.
