About the role
Translated into English from Swedish by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.
We are looking for two HR Business Partners who want to combine broad, business-focused HR work with change management, leadership development and strategic workforce planning.
Your role
As an HR Business Partner at Avtalat, you are a close partner to managers and management teams and provide support in both day-to-day people matters and long-term development issues. You work independently within your business area and play an important role in strengthening managers in their employer responsibilities.
Avtalat is undergoing a comprehensive change journey in which three businesses have been brought together into one joint organisation. This means you will have the opportunity to help develop shared ways of working, support managers through change and contribute to the organisation's continued development.
A central part of the assignment is to understand the needs of the business, build relationships based on trust and help ensure that HR work creates value in everyday operations. You work closely with your colleagues in HR and help develop both ways of working and processes based on the needs of the business.
As an HR Business Partner, you will among other things work with:
Being a close HR partner to the business's managers and management team.
Contributing to the development of HR processes, culture and leadership together with the rest of the HR team.
Providing qualified support and coaching to managers in leadership, people matters and change work.
Supporting work on strategic workforce planning, recruitment and competence development.
Contributing to organisational development and the development of shared ways of working.
Being responsible for union collaboration and carrying out negotiations independently.
Supporting managers with salary reviews, pay matters and performance follow-up.
You will become part of an HR team with broad expertise in areas including work environment, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and HR systems. Here you work closely with one another, share experiences and develop joint solutions for the business.
Who are you?
You are a confident and independent HR professional who finds it easy to build relationships and create trust. You are curious about the business, receptive to different perspectives and able to adapt your support to the needs of the business.
You enjoy taking responsibility and driving issues forward, while also appreciating collaborating and developing ways of working together with others. You dare to challenge and contribute new perspectives, but also have a pragmatic approach and understand the importance of anchoring and long-term thinking in change work.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, free of prestige and have good judgement. You can balance the needs of the business with a clear HR perspective and are motivated by contributing to development that makes a difference.
Qualifications
Relevant academic education in HR, personnel science, behavioural science or equivalent experience.
Several years of experience in broad HR work, for example as an HR Business Partner, HR partner or HR generalist.
Experience of independently supporting managers in employment law, work environment, rehabilitation and other people-related matters.
Experience of union collaboration, negotiations and application of collective agreements.
Experience of supporting managers and employees through change.
Ability to combine operational HR work with a long-term perspective on the development of the business.
It is an advantage if you have
Experience of organisational change, mergers or development of shared HR ways of working.
Experience of strategic workforce planning and workforce transition.
Experience of culture work, performance management or leadership development.
Experience of and interest in AI and how technological development affects skills, ways of working and the organisation.
Experience of HR support to IT operations or customer-facing operations.
