About the role

Translated into English from German by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.

Become part of our mission, become part of Doctolib!

We are looking for you as Team Lead Sales Enablement to support the Sales Enablement team in Berlin.

Doctolib is currently in the biggest product launch in its German history: with our All-In-One practice software, healthcare teams can manage all administrative and clinical workflows - before, during and after the appointment - in one solution. Your task is to develop our sales teams step by step into multi-product sellers - and thereby help shape the success of this launch directly. As Team Lead Sales Enablement, you will lead a team of four, steer the training and development of our sellers and ensure that new team members become productive quickly.

Your tasks
  • You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 4 people - consisting of 2 Sales Coaches and 2 Project Managers who are responsible for sales content and workflows
  • You ensure a smooth onboarding process for new sellers and make sure they reach 100% of their MRR productivity within 6 months
  • You plan, steer and optimise our training formats - including the Doctolib Academy and the DSA (Doctolib Sales Academy) programme - and develop targeted enablement measures to prepare our entire sales team (sellers, specialists, RMs, Inside Sales) for selling new products
  • You work closely with Sales Operations, promote the application of sales processes in day-to-day work and actively challenge targets and methods
  • You drive change management initiatives and guide your team and the sales organisation through transformation processes
  • You analyse key metrics such as attrition, win rates and project throughput, derive measures from them and measure their effectiveness
Your profile

Are you firmly convinced that you bring exactly what the position requires? Then we encourage you to apply. Even if you do not meet every requirement, you may be exactly the right future Doctoliber for this or other positions!

To become part of our team, you bring the following:

  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including proven experience in Sales Enablement roles - you know how successful sales teams tick and what it takes to develop sellers sustainably
  • Your own sales experience: you know the practice of selling first-hand and can coach content credibly, ideally from field sales
  • Experience in leading teams - you are able to motivate and develop people and win your team over to shared goals
  • Strong analytical skills: you work data-driven, recognise patterns and can derive concrete recommendations from them
  • Confident German (C2) and fluent English (C1)

We are also particularly interested in:

  • Experience with AI tools and their use in sales processes or enablement programmes
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with modern Sales Enablement tools and Salesforce (e.g. AI coaching tools such as Setero, Modjo or comparable LMS systems)
What we offer you
  • A Deutschlandticket sponsored by Doctolib if you work from the office or in hybrid mode
  • 28 days of holiday + 1 additional day for each full calendar year of employment (max. 30 days)
  • The option to work 10 days a year from abroad
  • Supplementary company health insurance with individual additional benefits (including professional teeth cleaning and much more)
  • Company pension scheme (bAV) with an employer contribution of 40% (15% during the probation period)
  • Participation in Doctolib's long-term employee share programme DoctoGrowth
  • The Doctolib Parent Care Programme, which includes extra parental leave (1 month) and much more
  • Free mental health and coaching sessions via an external partner
  • In addition to healthy snacks and a regular breakfast buffet, we offer meal vouchers
  • A subsidised sports offering with our partner Urban Sports Club
  • For carers and employees with disabilities, there is an offer that includes more flexible working hours, additional leave for medical reasons and psychological support
The interview process
  • Interview with your TA Partner
  • Interview with your Manager
  • Case study interview
  • Final conversation
  • At least one reference check
Job details
  • Permanent employment
  • Full-time or at least 80% part-time
  • Berlin or another Doctolib location in Germany
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office per week)
  • From January
