Senior AI Transformation Specialist (FDE) (7+ Years)

KRAFTON AX (AI Transformation) is a core organisation that introduces AI across the company to transform how employees work (Work & Workflow).

The AXD FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) team does not stay in the back office like a traditional development organisation. It is deployed directly into the heart of business units (game production studios, global publishing, back office, etc.), where it uncovers critical business pain points and creates immediate solutions through AI technology. It leads company-wide AI hackathons and launches MVPs (minimum viable products) in the shortest possible time, and we are looking for a resilient, fast-moving FDE team that can personally demonstrate in the field 'how technology translates into financial and time-based results'. 

 

Introducing the mission you will take on with our team.

• Developing and advising on AI innovation strategy: analyse business challenges in business units, independently develop AI application strategies, and provide expert advice on technical direction and priorities
• Business requirements analysis and architecture design: accurately analyse and interpret the complex requirements of non-development functions (planning, finance, HR, etc.), and design and implement them as AI-based architecture
• Feasibility studies and ROI analysis for AI technology adoption: quantitatively analyse and study the actual cost savings and working time reductions from adopted AI technology, and plan successful cases as company-wide scale-up strategies
• Hands-on AI prototyping and hackathon planning with business units: work closely with business units to define business problems, and design and prototype AI agents and automation apps within a short timeframe (days to weeks) to validate technology, including overall technical leadership of company-wide innovation initiatives such as internal AI hackathons

 

Looking to grow with someone with this experience! (Required)

• Holding at least 7 years of professional experience in a related field
• Experience leading a development team or task force (TF) to successfully complete a project, based on hands-on software engineering experience
• Someone who, with broad development understanding from front end to back end (full stack), can independently plan and design the entire cycle from requirements analysis to prototype launch and execute quickly
• Someone with excellent communication skills who can communicate smoothly with non-development roles (C-level, business unit leaders, etc.) in business language and provide expert advice on technology strategy
• Someone with a hands-on mindset who proactively defines problems and plans strategic breakthroughs in highly uncertain environments
• Someone with no obstacles to overseas business travel

 

If you have these experiences, you are the person we are looking for! (Preferred)

• [Strongly preferred] Experience in an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) role at a B2B SaaS company or at companies such as Palantir
• Experience founding a startup (e.g. as CTO), or enjoying the Zero to One process of building something from nothing in a very early-stage team
• A strong understanding of the GenAI technology ecosystem (LLM, RAG, AI Agent, Prompt Engineering, etc.) and experience applying it in real products
• Preference for an agile way of working that produces deliverables through intense, short-term focus, such as hackathons
