We are looking for more senior Data Engineers to join Ictech in Gothenburg. We believe you enjoy understanding how data moves between different systems and want to build solutions that stand the test of time. Even when data volumes grow and needs change.

What will you be working on?

As a Data Engineer at Ictech you will build and further develop data platforms and data flows in GCP. Assignments vary. You may develop new data solutions or improve existing platforms for higher performance, quality and scalability.

You work on collecting, structuring and processing data from different sources. You do this in close collaboration with other engineers, analysts and the business.

Here you get to delve deeper into the technology and influence architecture and technical choices. With the goal of building robust solutions that are easy to maintain and develop further.

Who are you?

You enjoy solving technical problems and understanding how the parts fit together. You take responsibility for your work, drive solutions forward and happily share what you know.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 7 years of experience in Data Engineering and good experience of GCP.

• Have worked with BigQuery, Dataflow and Pub/Sub.

• Have experience of ETL/ELT, data pipelines and large data volumes.

• Have good knowledge of Python and SQL.

• Have experience of, for example, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake or Databricks.

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
