We are looking for an analytical, hands-on (Senior) Growth Development Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Display Marketing who will actively shape and scale our growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising data-driven display marketing strategies across various channels and will work closely with the Marketing, Data, Product and Creative teams.

You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and know how to achieve sustainable growth through performance-oriented campaigns.

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of growth strategies with a focus on display advertising

• Planning, management and optimisation of campaigns across platforms such as Google Display Network, DV360, programmatic advertising, native advertising and other display channels

• Identification of new growth levers along the entire marketing funnel

• Analysis of campaign performance and derivation of data-based recommendations for action

• Execution of A/B tests and experiments for the continuous improvement of conversion rates and campaign efficiency

• Development of audience, retargeting and segmentation strategies

• Close collaboration with creative teams to develop high-performing advertising materials

• Building and further developing reporting structures, dashboards and KPI frameworks

• Monitoring market trends, new technologies and best practices in display and growth marketing

• Sparring partner for internal stakeholders and support in strategic marketing planning

Your profile

• You have a very successfully completed Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier business school

• You have work experience in a fast-growing company such as a startup or in a management consultancy

• You are creative and find it easy to convince other people

• You stand out through an analytical, proactive and strongly solution-oriented way of working

• You have a natural strength in communicating with internal and external stakeholders

• You have a great interest in building companies and a strong willingness to learn new things

• You have a goal-oriented way of working, a high level of proactivity and a sense of responsibility

• You have experience in prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment and can apply a 100% approach when working on important tasks

• You hold high quality standards for yourself and others and show a can-do mentality that motivates others

• You speak and write German and English fluently
