Within the Information Systems Department of a large international group, we are looking for a Data IT Programme Director to take charge of a strategic, highly visible Data transformation programme.

The objective of this programme is to address the main data-related challenges and to establish sustainable, scalable capabilities that improve the availability, quality, integration and governance of data, as well as its value for the business.

The role carries high exposure to senior management and requires bringing together many stakeholders: business and IT teams, operational entities, Group functions and external partners.

As Data IT Programme Director, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Define and manage the overall programme strategy, its roadmap, scope and priorities.

• Ensure end-to-end management of a complex, strategic and multi-year transformation programme.

• Establish and lead the programme governance: steering committees, executive reporting and decision-making processes.

• Manage the budget, resources, risks, dependencies and overall performance of the programme.

• Ensure alignment between business needs, IT strategy, Data capabilities and Group standards.

• Act as the preferred point of contact for senior management and the main stakeholders.

• Produce clear and concise executive reporting on progress, risks, financial matters and strategic decisions.

• Coordinate several projects and workstreams as well as the various internal teams and technology partners.

• Facilitate alignment and decision-making within a complex international and matrix environment.
