Water Engineering Project Manager (Dams and Hydraulic Infrastructure)

🔍 We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in water engineering projects, especially in the field of dams and large hydraulic works, with the ability to lead teams as a Project Manager for our office in Madrid!

What will you do?

• 📑 You will be responsible for drafting technical reports and hydraulic project documentation together with the rest of the team assigned to each project.

• 🏗 You will lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure the correct execution of projects on time, within budget and to quality.

• 📝 You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision of water engineering projects, especially hydraulic infrastructure such as dams.

• 📊 You will be in charge of cost management, schedule control and relations with clients and suppliers.

• 💡 You will take part in risk and opportunity management, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What are we looking for?

• 🎓 Civil Engineer (Caminos, Canales y Puertos) or Civil Engineer with a qualifying master's degree and at least 15 years of experience in hydraulic infrastructure projects, as well as experience leading teams as a Project Manager.

• 💻 Advanced use of numerical hydrological or hydraulic models, as well as other specialised software.

• 🌍 International experience will be valued.

• 🎯 A master's degree or additional training related to the specialism will be an advantage.

• 🧠 Skills in team management, strategic planning and decision-making on complex projects.
