The role
Performance-SI is the new IT consulting subsidiary serving the SMEs of the XEFI group: the trusted IT department for very small businesses and SMEs. As a consultant, you become the strategic partner of the business owner: you diagnose their information system, chart the course and steer their performance over time. A newly created position, at the heart of a business unit being launched.
Your responsibilities
IT audit & diagnosisCarry out the IT diagnosis at the client's site with our audit tool (mapping of infrastructure, data and security).
Quickly produce the deliverables: mapping, security statistics, a prioritised action plan and a performance score.
Prioritise the roadmap: security, AI, digitalisation, technical debt.
Translate IT issues into concrete, quantified decisions for the business owner.
Lead the quarterly steering committees and performance reviews and drive the score upwards.
Steer the IT trajectory continuously within the outsourced CIO subscription.
Be able to advise and ensure implementation at the client's site
Definition and monitoring of budgets

Consulting approach: you listen to the business owner, you explain in plain terms and commit to a dated plan, not a report that gathers dust.
Focus on results and recurring value: you turn the diagnosis into lasting support.
Strong appetite for AI and new technologies: you test new tools, including generative AI, and integrate them into your practice to gain efficiency and quality. You will also carry out technology watch.
You embody the "trusted IT department" for very small businesses and SMEs: diagnosis delivered on time, committed plan, measured progress. As a consultant at XEFI, you improve the business owner's life.
