🎯 Your mission

We are looking for a Technical Lead Backend Java with a solid technical foundation and leadership skills, who will be responsible for:

• Defining and evolving the system architecture

• Ensuring code quality and good practices

• Technically leading the team in developing robust and scalable solutions

• Taking part in the functional and technical design from scratch

• Driving the use of new technologies, including AI applied to development

🧩 Main responsibilities

• Backend development with Java (modern versions)

• Designing architectures based on microservices and hexagonal architecture

• Designing APIs with an API First approach (OpenAPI / Swagger)

• Implementing event-driven systems with messaging (Kafka, queues)

• Managing and optimising relational and NoSQL databases

• Supervising CI/CD pipelines and deployments in cloud environments (Kubernetes / OpenShift)

• Monitoring and observability (Grafana, Dynatrace)

• Applying good practices (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, TDD)

• Leading technical decisions and supporting the team

✅ Requirements

• Solid experience as a Java backend developer

• Experience leading technical teams or as a technical reference point

• Mastery of:

  • Spring Boot, Spring Data

  • Microservices and hexagonal architecture

  • Kafka or similar messaging systems

  • CI/CD and tools such as Git

  • Relational and NoSQL databases

• Experience in testing (unit and integration)

• Knowledge of API design and API First

• Experience in performance optimisation and asynchronous systems
