DevOps CI/CD.
- Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation,
optimization, and improved operational efficiency.
- Contribute to AI-enabled workflow optimization and data-driven decision automation.
- Conduct functional and performance testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and
quality of delivered solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to other software developers.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical stakeholders to deliver
effective workflow automation solutions.
Required Technical Skills and Experience
- BPM Platforms: Hands-on experience with Camunda 7/8 or IBM BPM/BAW,
including workflow modelling, automation, orchestration, deployment, and

publishing and consuming events.
- CI/CD: Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Process Analysis: At least 2 years of practical experience analysing business
processes and identifying automation opportunities.
- Testing: Experience in functional testing and performance testing.
- Solution Design: Ability to design, develop, and implement technical solutions
aligned with business requirements.
- Banking Domain: Understanding of banking processes and enterprise financial
services systems.
