As part of our growth in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a senior IAM expert able to combine technical expertise, project management, team management and business development.

MISSIONS OF THE POSITION

• IAM strategy and expertise: Design and manage strategic IAM programmes, support clients in the evolution of their strategy and work on the SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Okta and Microsoft Entra ID solutions.

• Management and project leadership: Lead complex IAM projects, coordinate business, IT and security teams, and supervise and develop the skills of consultants.

• Business development and partnerships: Contribute to pre-sales, tenders, the development of I-TRACING Suisse's IAM offering and the management of relationships with technology partners.

• Market watch and visibility: Carry out technology and market watch, take part in local events and strengthen the visibility of I-TRACING within the IAM ecosystem.

How do you know if you can join us?

Must have:

• Education and experience: Higher education in IT or cybersecurity, with 8 to 15 years of experience in IAM, including at least 5 years on SailPoint.

• Technical expertise: Mastery of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Entra ID. A SailPoint Engineer certification (IIQ and/or ISC) is mandatory.

• Leadership and project management: Proven experience in leading large-scale IAM projects and managing or coordinating technical teams.

• Business development: Experience in pre-sales, responding to tenders, developing service offerings, business development and partner management.

• Interpersonal and language skills: Excellent communication with technical, business and executive stakeholders. Professional proficiency in French and English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Okta, Saporo and Memority, as well as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure technologies.

• Experience in a consulting firm or specialised IT services company, good knowledge of the Swiss market and proficiency in German.
