As an AI & Data Project Manager you lead projects that help organisations become more data-driven, automated and intelligent. You are responsible for creating structure throughout the project lifecycle, from idea, feasibility study and strategy to implementation, change management and establishment in the organisation.

You work closely with business managers, product owners, data engineers, data scientists, AI specialists, solution architects, development teams and external partners. Your most important task is to create alignment between technology and business and ensure that AI and data initiatives lead to tangible results.

At our clients you can lead everything from establishing modern data platforms and Business Intelligence solutions to AI programmes, advanced analytics, machine learning, intelligent automation and development of generative AI solutions.

We believe you have

You have at least eight years of experience in IT project management and have led larger projects or programmes where data, analytics, AI or digitalisation has been a central part of the delivery.

You feel confident working in complex environments with many stakeholders and have experience of planning, following up and steering projects with responsibility for budget, resources, quality and delivery.

You do not need to be a data engineer or AI specialist yourself, but you have sufficient technical understanding to lead cross-functional teams and create effective dialogue between business and technical specialists.

If you have experience of AI strategies, data governance, modern cloud platforms or larger transformation programmes, we see this as highly meritorious.

The most important thing, however, is not which tools you have worked with, but your ability to lead people and create successful deliveries.

We believe you are curious about new technology but at the same time have a strong business focus. You can translate complex technical reasoning into business value and create understanding among decision-makers, users and project teams.

You are communicative, unpretentious and used to building trust in organisations where change affects many people. You are driven by creating results that last even after the project has ended.
