We are looking for a senior security coordinator in information security and crisis preparedness for a municipal energy company.

This is a consulting assignment. Place of posting is Borås.

The scope of the assignment is needs-driven.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and ability to cooperate.

The assignment

We are looking for an experienced security coordinator for a municipal energy company with responsibility for security, information security, data protection, risk management and crisis preparedness.

The consultant will replace an internal key function and will independently be responsible for planning, coordinating and further developing the organisation's security and quality work.

The assignment covers both strategic and operational work, including management systems, regulatory compliance, risk analyses, continuity planning and certification work.

The consultant will also support management and the board and contribute to organisational development and improved internal processes.

Tasks

Coordinate and develop work within security, information security and data protection.

Develop and follow up management systems, quality work and regulatory compliance.

Carry out risk and vulnerability analyses, information classification and risk management.

Be responsible for crisis preparedness, continuity planning and crisis exercises.

Coordinate security incidents and support the organisation during crises.

Plan and carry out internal audits and support certification work.

Support management and the board through advice, decision support and reporting.

Requirements (NB, mandatory)

Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, for example NIS2, CER, GDPR, OSL, archiving legislation and cybersecurity regulation.

Documented experience of supporting boards, management, managers and employees through advice, training, workshops and decision support.

Experience of executive team work, strategic goal management and reporting to management or the board.

Very good understanding of public sector activities, municipal companies and the principle of public access to official records.

Very good command of spoken and written Swedish and good ability to communicate in English when needed.

Experience from a municipal company or other public administration.

Experience of long-term consulting assignments where the consultant has replaced an internal function.

Certification as an internal auditor for ISO 27001.

Experience of change management and organisational development with good results.
