Senior Adviser / Lawyer - Tax | Oslo

In this role you will

• Assist Norwegian and international businesses and groups with questions relating to national and international tax law, VAT law and company law.

• Lead and carry out independent client assignments, including advice to companies and owners on, among other things, restructurings, due diligence, corporate tax, tax treaties, changes in ownership structure and incentive schemes.

• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing networks. A large part of the work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues across business areas and with Grant Thornton's international network.

• Develop our services and contribute to the growth and strengthening of the Tax business area.

We are looking for you who

• Are forward-looking and have a strong drive to create client value in collaboration with colleagues and clients.

• Have a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience from advisory work in tax, VAT and company law.

• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to combine technical precision with good business understanding. Have a good understanding of Norwegian business and industry.

• Have strong communication and presentation skills.

• Are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

• Hold a master's degree in law or equivalent legal education (cand.jur.).
