About the role
Translated into English from Swedish by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.
Eniro was for a long time synonymous with the telephone directory. Today we are a profitable, listed company in digital marketing with around 45,000 small business customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The road here has not been self-evident. We have gone from a debt of around one billion kronor to a company that makes money, acquires and grows across the Nordics. The major transformation is done. The business is profitable, AI is implemented in the organisation and the plan for continued growth in the Nordics is clear. Now we are entering the next phase, where the focus is on accelerating, scaling and executing. That is why we are looking for a focused CFO who wants to take a central role in Eniro's continued development.
The role
As CFO you will have a key role in the company's continued growth journey and become my closest partner in how we use our capital to create growth. We continue to acquire in the Nordics, and you will lead the finance side of those processes all the way from valuation to integration. This is a central part of the mandate and an important part of Eniro's next phase.
At the same time, you will have a clear mandate to further develop the finance function so that it can meet the company's continued expansion. Under your leadership we will build a modern, efficient and data-driven finance organisation where AI, automation and smart ways of working are natural parts of everyday life. The goal is to create processes, systems and structures that make it possible to manage more companies, more acquisitions and increased complexity while maintaining quality, control and pace.
This is a role for you who want to be close to the business and who enjoy going deep into the numbers. You like controlling, analysis and follow-up, and at the same time have the ability to turn the details into decisions that drive growth, profitability and change.
Main responsibilities
Leadership and development of a Nordic finance team of 15-20 people, where automation and AI will become natural tools
Acquisitions and capital allocation, including valuation, due diligence, financing and integration of new companies
Group financial management with budget and forecasting process and ongoing follow-up of the business areas
External financial reporting under IFRS and contact with auditors and the board on financial matters
Liquidity, financing and financial risk management
Internal control, tax and the group's legal structure
Who we think you are
You are hands-on. You can go into a reconciliation when needed and present to the board the same afternoon. Above all, you understand the journey we are on and what role the finance team plays in it. It is about more than reporting outcomes, and you make sure your colleagues understand that too. You say what you think, in the room, and share information openly with the rest of the management team.
You have been CFO or had equivalent responsibility in a listed company, and you have carried out real acquisitions. You know accounting and IFRS inside out. You have had group responsibility across several Nordic countries and know what it takes to make the numbers add up in a growing group.
Experience of SaaS or subscription business is a plus. The same applies to a background in financing, capital markets or IR. You work fluently in both Swedish and English.
Practical information
The location is Solna, and we apply office first, which means the office is our main workplace. You will report to the CEO and be part of the group management team, with close collaboration with the board, owners and other parts of the business. The role is covered by the incentive programmes decided by the annual general meeting. Start date by agreement.. We review applications and interview on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled as soon as we have found the right person.
