We are looking for several more senior DevOps Engineers to join Ictech in Gothenburg. We believe you enjoy understanding how development, infrastructure and delivery fit together. And that you want to build solutions that work over time, even as systems grow and needs change.

What will you be working on?

As a DevOps Engineer at Ictech, you will create the conditions for smoother development and stable deliveries. You may build new development platforms, automate test and release flows or improve existing environments.

Here you get to dive deep into the technology and influence how platforms and development flows are designed. You work closely with the development teams to find bottlenecks and make it easier to take code from development to production.

Among other things, you may get to work with:

• Development and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and automated test and release flows

• Automation and scripting with Python, Bash or PowerShell

• Container technology and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes

• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent

• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud

• Monitoring and troubleshooting for stable and scalable platforms

Depending on the assignment, you may also work with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and Jenkins.

Who do we think you are?

You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in DevOps, software development, Cloud Engineering or platform development. A significant part of your experience includes practical work with automation, CI/CD and modern development environments.

You enjoy simplifying complex processes and understanding why something works, or why it doesn't. You take technical responsibility, gladly share your knowledge and appreciate solving problems together with others.

We believe you have:

• Good experience with CI/CD and automated development flows

• Good knowledge of scripting and automation

• Experience with container technology and orchestration, for example Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and working in Linux environments

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English

If you also have experience with GitOps, observability, DevSecOps or development of internal development platforms, we see it as a plus.

You do not need to have worked with all the technologies we mention. What matters most is that you have a strong technical foundation, enjoy solving problems and want to keep developing.
