At Construcia we are looking for a site manager at Construcia to join the operations team, whose main responsibilities will be:

• Planning and organising all the activities required for the correct execution of the works in order to meet deadlines, as well as ensuring quality, environmental and prevention standards.

• Periodically monitoring the progress of the works against the schedule.

• Negotiating and securing the best option for contracting suppliers/subcontractors in line with quality, environmental, prevention, price and execution time terms.

• Being the ultimate person responsible for the document control of the works: meeting minutes and communications with the client.

• Carrying out the monthly financial close to meet the planned objective, taking into account costs incurred, payments and the volume of works executed, as well as any deviations arising in this period.

• Establishing a relationship of trust with the client and the supervising architect/engineer to improve results, in line with the interests of the Company.

• Ensuring deadlines are met for both internal and client reporting: certifications, invoicing and financial close reports.

• Supervising the principles of the Circular Economy in your project

Desirable requirements:

• Degree in Technical Architecture or Engineering in Public Works, Civil Engineering or Caminos, Canales y Puertos.

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on building projects.

• Basic PRL (occupational health and safety) training (60 hours).

• Knowledge of Presto at user level, AutoCAD at intermediate level and Navision.

• Advanced English is an advantage
