Mission

Structuring projects, genuine autonomy, a central role. Welcome to the heart of Ekium's Industrial Engineering! 😊

Based in Lyon 7e, you take full responsibility for nationwide All Trades (TCE) projects, mainly in the Oil & Gas and Chemicals sectors. Recognised for your expertise and leadership, you are the guarantor of their success, from the bid phase through to final delivery.

Your day-to-day missions:

  • Manage the project as a whole: you hold the reins of scope, schedule, budget and total cost. You anticipate risks, arbitrate interfaces between disciplines and assume full contractual responsibility towards the client.

  • Manage and develop your teams: you set the direction, communicate clear objectives and create the conditions for effective collaboration. You also oversee the supplier and subcontractor chain, from selection to monitoring, to ensure flawless execution.

  • Coordinate the technical side at the heart of the project: you ensure consistency between the various TCE disciplines, arbitrate interfaces and make sure every deliverable meets project requirements.

  • Embody quality and the QHSE culture: you do not merely apply processes, you bring them to life within your teams, lead design and project reviews and maintain the level of demand at every stage.

  • Manage project performance: you monitor margins, ensure deadlines are met and provide regular, transparent reporting. You systematically capitalise on lessons learned to improve your projects and those that follow.

  • Be the trusted partner of your clients: you handle setbacks with responsiveness and turn every successfully delivered project into a solid, lasting client relationship.

  • Contribute to Ekium's commercial growth: you take part in building technical and commercial offers, including needs analysis, costing and drafting, and drive continuous improvement through your field experience.
