Reqcon is looking for an experienced tester/QA for a longer assignment in Stockholm. The role suits you if you enjoy hands-on testing and want to help develop the organisation's ways of working, test automation and long-term testing capability.

You will work closely with agile development teams and combine manual testing, test automation and quality work.

An important part of the assignment is also to contribute to more structured and proactive ways of working with testing and quality. You will therefore both work hands-on in ongoing deliveries and help the organisation establish test strategies, routines and methods that work in the long term.

Among other things, you will:

• Carry out manual tests in ongoing development deliveries

• Develop and further develop automated tests

• Collaborate closely with developers and other roles in agile development teams

• Produce and develop test strategies, routines and ways of working

• Contribute to strengthening the organisation's testing and quality capability

• Work proactively with quality throughout the development process

• Ensure knowledge transfer and contribute to a sustainable internal testing capability

• At least 9 years of relevant work experience

• At least 5 years' experience as QA in agile development teams

• At least 5 years' experience as a tester in product development

• At least 5 years' experience of test automation

• At least 3 years' experience of manual testing

• Very good Swedish, spoken and written

It is particularly interesting if you also have experience of:

• Front-end development in, for example, Angular or React

• Back-end development in .NET

• Development of microservices

• Work within a Swedish authority or other public sector organisation

• Public governance, regulations and collaboration between different stakeholders

• QA and tester roles from several different consultancy assignments and clients

You are a senior and self-driven tester who is comfortable both working operationally and taking greater responsibility for how testing and quality are conducted.

You enjoy working closely with development teams, are structured in your approach, and see opportunities to improve processes and automation. You willingly share your knowledge and can help build ways of working that continue to function after the assignment has ended.
