As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Senior Manager MarTech able to support our clients in deploying, migrating or evolving MarTech solutions, while playing an active role in business development.
Your mission
- Develop & lead the go-to-market of our MarTech offerings
- Actively contribute to the cross-functional integration of Tech x Data x CX offerings
- Manage MarTech projects/programmes with high business impact, from strategy to deployment.
- Be a key player in pre-sales : qualifying client challenges, building value propositions, defining architectures, costing and presentations.
- Own and embody the client relationship : build a relationship of trust with decision-makers and contribute to account development and retention (upsell, cross-sell).
- Build MarTech roadmaps : prioritisation, business case, ROI.
- Manage and grow teams of consultants, with a focus on performance and knowledge transfer.
Your profile
- 10 to 15 years' experience in consultancy or agency.
- Solid MarTech expertise : primarily Imagino, Adobe (Campaign, AEP,…), Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud), Reelevant, Braze, Bloomreach, loyalty solutions (Comarch, Maxxing, Talon.one,…) or equivalent.
- Dual culture tech & business, comfortable with CRM, CDP, data and integration environments.
- Strong interest in commercial topics, pre-sales and exchanges with C-level executives.
- Contribution of a key accounts network.
- Fluent English.
