What will your mission on the project be?

Ensuring the correct delivery and evolution of infrastructure services, coordinating the various teams involved and guaranteeing service quality, continuous improvement and compliance with service level agreements.

Minimum requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or in similar IT service management positions.

• Knowledge of Cloud and On-Premise infrastructures and environments.

• Experience in team coordination and supplier management.

• Ability to manage incidents, risks and service improvement plans.

• Experience working with service level agreements (SLAs) and monitoring KPIs.

• Ability to liaise with different areas and stakeholders.

• Experience in complex and multidisciplinary environments.

• High level of Spanish and English.

• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with office attendance 2 days per week.

• Flexible working hours ⏰: flexible hours with entry at 8:30 and exit at 18:00, with a short Friday day from 8:00 to 15:00 and in summer (July and August) a short day from 8:00 to 15:00
