Your mission: contribute to projects that matter

  • Deliver MOE and AMO missions: provide technical and organisational advice and carry building expertise across all trades.

  • Produce technical deliverables: write technical programmes, technical notes and analysis memoranda, and contribute to the preparation of tender documents.

  • Support tendering and delivery: contribute to managing competitive dialogues and monitoring operations through the design and works phases.

  • Contribute to business development: help win new business by developing the technical and methodological sections of commercial offers.

Your future team: you will join, within our Building division, a multidisciplinary team of more than 100 experts engaged on ambitious and varied projects. Reporting to the Head of Operations of the Buildings Hub, you will play a key role in their technical, organisational and operational success.

Our culture: we value transparency, trust and mutual support to create an environment where everyone can speak up, contribute and see their ideas valued.

  • Ability to lead projects within MOE, AMO and MOEx missions, including site management.

  • Mastery of the construction requirements for diverse buildings - hospitals, laboratories, offices, data centres, etc. - in new-build and refurbishment, as well as applicable regulations: Labour Code, ERP and fire safety.

  • Knowledge of the MOP law and the Public Procurement Code.

  • Mastery of project management techniques, including setting up and monitoring operations.
